You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at passenger-clothing.com for your replacement item(s).

The Baltic has been a community favourite for a long time, and with good reason. This season we are bringing you the new and improved Baltic 2.0, the perfect parka style jacket.
With an upgrade in the fabric department, a new quilted lining and the addition of an internal mesh back panel and vent for breathability, you will want this jacket with you on every adventure. You asked and we listened.

This was a lot more than I'd usually spend on a coat but it appears to have been worth it, at least so far. Feels good quality, it's stylish and warm and it feels pleasant to wear. Haven't tested it in any extreme conditions but seems great for an everyday coat.

Absolutely amazing jacket. Perfect weight (not too light, not too heavy), very comfortable, and feels made to last. Has kept me warm in -5 and freezing rain. Get loads of comments on it, and feel great wearing it.
