You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at passenger-clothing.com for your replacement item(s).

I've had my eye on this for a few months, so when it dropped on price I made sure I got it. This exceeded my expectations As always for Passenger the jacket feels really well made, using quality material. Love the little touches like the toggles on the zips and the thumb holes in the cuffs. I wore it yesterday which was really windy and cold and just wore a T-Shirt underneath. Didn't feel cold at all.

I really enjoyed the jacket and the gloves, I was back in my hometown in switzerland enjoyng some spring snowboarding and i figured why not test the passenger jacket and gloves while snowboarding on 3000m in fresh powder :-) the jacket was the perfect combo of keeping me warm but not overheating.
I love the design of your products and as a former pro snowboarder living in the norwegian forest, I continue to embrace an outdoor-driven lifestyle.
