The Wayfarer 65L Recycled Backpack is designed to carry all the gear you need for mountain missions or local roams. With all the functionality you could need including hiking pole loops, water bladder, multiple pockets, breathable back panel and all the padding you need to stay comfy on your trail. Ready for big hikes and off grid expeditions, its truly made to roam.

I’ve used this bag for a thru-hiking weekend (fully loaded with water, tent, the lot) and also for about 5 months of travelling, so I feel like I’ve given it a pretty solid test.
First off – I love the colours. Genuinely, I always feel like I’ve got one of the nicest-looking packs when I’m out and about. The waterproof cover is also a gorgeous colour. The only bags I’ve seen that beat it are those bright multicoloured Cotopaxi ones.
A couple of practical bits: the waterproof cover is drawstring, but after 1–2 uses the little metal ring that tightens it came loose. It still works, but I have to be a bit careful putting it on now so I don’t accidentally tear it.
Packing-wise, I’ve learned the hard way that it’s best to fill the middle of the bag first before the outer pockets – otherwise it gets really awkward to fit everything in. The side pockets expanding outwards is a nice touch though, makes them actually usable.
For hiking, my main downside is the lack of airflow on the back. On longer hikes, your back gets very hot and sweaty. Would love to see some kind of ventilation system added in a future version.
For travelling, it’s been great. The colours make it super easy to spot on a luggage belt, which is underrated until you’ve had to hunt for a plain black bag. I also really like the elastic bits on the straps so you can tuck away all the loose ends – keeps everything looking neat and stops stuff dangling everywhere. I wish that it allowed more air to go down your back, as it does get hot on your back after a while! Also wish it opened completely instead of just at the top and side, so it is easier to get stuff out of the bag. Pretty colours (waterproof cover is a beautiful pinky colour), hand waist pockets, and there is elastic to tuck away the extra fabric straps, which is handy. Water bottle holders are nice and deep, too.

Recently returned from a trip using this backpack and I can honestly say it's a great bag. Very sturdy, has plenty of pockets and plenty of space to store everything I needed for the trip. It's a good size, not too heavy and supportive for when you need to walk with it. Very pleased and hopefully it'll do me well in future trips to come.
