You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Initially I was going to send it back because I do not like the cuffs, they are puffy and weird. However, I zipped it up, put my hands in the pockets and really liked how cozy it is. I don’t have anything else like this style or colour so I kept it. I’m a medium in hoodies and this fit perfectly.
