You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

I bought these sandals for those moments when you want something comfy after a long hike or for relaxed summer strolls. This was my first time trying Passenger footwear – I’d only bought clothes before.
Unfortunately, the size 8 was slightly small for me, but I kept them anyway as they are extremely comfortable. I was specifically looking for something with a soft sole, not the typical hard hiking ones, and these ticked the box perfectly. The straps are the softest I’ve come across, and the midfoot elevation is a real bonus.
Passenger – please consider offering larger sizes for women, at least 8.5 or 9. Thank you!
