You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I truly love the design and the details of this jacket. I was looking for something sleek but comfy and to keep me warm in winter, possibly waterproof.
The size is great and feels very good, achieving most I was looking for. I am of course not using it yet for cold weather and I hope the (apparently, hope I am wrong) thin layer will keep me warm during winter. I also struggle (and find very confusing with the description of jackets in general) to understand what jackets are/not waterproof and what the level of water resistance indicated means truly. I will test and hope it will resist to more than light showers. I will combine it with a waterproofing if needed and see where it goes.
The fit is great, I normally wear L and ordered such size. It allows a layer to be worn underneath, which is what I wanted!
