You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

Okay this ran small on me. I'm a 14/16 and I got a large and returned it for an XL in the green, the green wasn't an option when I ordered I first ordered. The arm length is still a little short for me. I love the look so I kept it. It's warm, I live in Colorado. Return process was simple even with it being overseas. Great customer service.

I ordered this jacket in anticipation of colder fall/winter weather in the northeast and thus far it has been perfect. It looks exactly as pictured and kept me cozy during very windy, somewhat chilly outdoor adventures this past weekend. For reference, I am a midsize lady -- 5'7 and usually wear a size 10-12 in women's jeans and M-L shirt depending on the fit. I typically wear sweatshirts and oversized sweaters during the winter and the XL left room for this without being overly loose in my opinion/I had solid arm mobility which can sometimes be an issue for me with under-layers. My only complaint is that the hand pockets don't have a zipper option. I was worried things would fall out.

I love it. Perfect for the frosty fall time. I wear size small/ medium on top. I went with a small jacket so it’s not too loose. I can wear a hoodie underneath and still feel comfortable. Although it’s a little snug while wearing a thicker layer it feels good. 😊

This is a lovely jacket for autumn. It’s showerproof and toasty warm. I got a small and usually take a 10/12 top. There’s plenty of room for a sweater underneath. 10/10!
