Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Ordered a M. It was huge. Sizing not reflective of normal sizing from high street. Size M was more like XL. It has been returned. Size down by at least if purchasing.

This is a great shirt to layer. It looks great and I love how the fleece is on the outside and it's smooth and cool on the inside, making the shirt warm, but not too warm. I love the snap buttons too, making it easy to put on and take off or add extra warm by buttoning it up quickly.
